Following a bereavement, there are many things that need to be done to settle the personal affairs of the deceased and administer the estate. As well as organising the funeral, informing government departments and financial institutions, you may be asked for a Grant of Probate (or Letters of Administration when there is no Will).

We endeavour to obtain the Grant of Probate within 30 working days for a fixed and inclusive fee of £489*.

Affinion will complete all of the legal and tax responsibilities required to obtain the Grant on your behalf, enabling you to then administer the deceased’s estate.

Affinion can also take care of the entire Estate Administration process for you. Our Probate experts will not only apply for the Grant but also collect in assets, pay any debts, prepare accounts and distribute the remainder of the estate to the beneficiaries.

Alongside our Probate and Estate Administration service, Affinion offers additional services that may be required for certain estates, such as conveyancing and publishing statutory notifications.
